We were thrilled to assist the California Cattlemen Association in organizing a VIP group dinner for 245 guests, featuring an elevated steak-centric menu with an unlimited budget. From selecting a prime location near the Gaslamp Quarter to suit their convention needs, to curating a menu packed with diverse steak cuts—including the standout addition of an Elk Chop—we ensured every detail exceeded expectations. We navigated the restaurant’s menu packages, customized table layouts, designed menus with their logo, and arranged a refined cocktail hour to set the stage for an unforgettable evening. The result was a seamless, luxurious dining experience that celebrated their passion for premium meats.
