What does this cost me?
Nothing. Our sourcing, negotiation and coordination are free to you — we are paid by the venues and restaurants we book, so you get the planning service at no charge. Vendor costs such as catering, florals and photography are quoted transparently in your proposal and paid directly.
Is my group too small?
Almost certainly not. We have planned everything from intimate eight-person executive dinners to multi-hundred-person corporate programmes. A twelve-person board dinner needs a completely different approach from a 250-person incentive event, and we scale accordingly.
How far ahead do I need to book?
For corporate events and group dinners we suggest four to eight weeks. For larger milestone celebrations or full destination management programmes, three to six months is ideal. That said, business does not follow a neat calendar — send it anyway with a short lead time and we will tell you honestly what we can deliver.
What happens on the first call?
It is a conversation, not a sales pitch. We want to understand your goals, your guest profile, your budget range and any non-negotiables. Most calls take 30 to 60 minutes and there is no obligation to go further afterwards.
